Adult:
3.5 gm Herbogel powers 2 to 3 times daily with a glass of water.
Child:
2 to 3.5 Herbogel powers 1 to 2 times daily.
Sometimes flatulence, abdominal distention, intestinal obstruction has been observed. Contra-indication: It is not advisable to take dry Herbogel powder by mouth and use it with laxatives.
